1. You may not send a referral to yourself.

2. The person you refer must be a new customer, and they must use your personal link or unique referral code when they make their first purchase.

3. Each referral code is unique and can only be used once.

4. There is no limit to the number of friends you can refer. However, only one code redemption is allowed per household.

5. This offer cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions, or sales.

6. You can use only one coupon code at the time of purchase.

7. If the code is not used at time of purchase, it cannot be applied retroactively.

8. Payouts are given 7 days after a referral has successfully placed their order.

9. Offer is not valid if the product is returned within 7 days after purchase.

NONA Jewelries reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to exclude you and any referred customer from the program and from the NONA Jewelries website if it believes you have tried to benefit from the program by using more than one username or are otherwise engaged in fraudulent or other activities that indicate that referrals or bets are not made in good faith but for the purpose of abusing the terms and/or spirit of the program. In such instances, you shall not be entitled to participate in the program and NONA Jewelries shall not be obliged to provide a reason to you for such exclusion.

11. NONA Jewelries may, at any time, suspend or void the program for any reason that NONA Jewelries, in its absolute discretion, thinks appropriate and any liability to you shall immediately cease upon you being informed of such action. In respect of any dispute, howsoever arising, NONA Jewelries decision will be final.
